Adrian Jossa was born in France in 1971. Since his childhood, he was surrounded by Music, his mother being a Pianist and his brother a Violinist. In 1976, he started Piano at the Paris conservatory, and then added Flute in 1972. He started working on jazz and contemporary music in the late 80s and since then has been involved in different musical productions.

After finishing a Masters in Law at the Universtiy of Assas in Paris and a Masters in Finance at Science Po Paris, he went on to work for different financial institutions in the legal and compliance departments, such as Societe Generale, Citigroup, HSBC and Deutsche Bank. He currently now is head of Compliance for Goldman Sachs covering the Middle East and North Africa region, based in Dubai.

In 2006, Adrian realised that it was great to work in the financial world, but felt that he wasn't giving enough of his time to others in need of help. This is when he got the idea of trying to combine his passion for music, his entrepreneurial skills and his personal funds to create an organisation dedicated to charity, which has now become Music & Charity.

In order to set the example of his commitment to helping those in need, Adrian has spent the last months composing the music and writing the lyrics for a single entitled We Are All The Same, song which was recorded and masterised in the Mindloop studios in Dubai, and which is now released on the web. It downloadable from this website, and all proceeds will be used to fund charitable organisations.
